Ymddiriedolaeth Bwyd a Thir y Canolbarth/ Mid Wales Food & Land Trust: website link associated local producer, retail and restaurant website

This website was set up initially by The Mid Wales Food & Land Trust for all local food and drink producers, retailers and restaurateurs in providing online promotion and exposure. Whilst also acting as a comprehensive business database available to the public and the media.

The Trust is a not-for-profit organisation limited by guarantee, managed by a board of directors who undertake the role on a voluntary basis. The Trust manages a portfolio of projects that make a significant contribution to building a sustainable local and regional economy for Mid Wales.

Building a market demand for foods produced to a high enviromental and welfare standard means that farmers, growers and producers can continue to preserve, develop and enhance sustainable methods of production. This will also encourage retailers and restrauants to continue/start incoporating local produce into their business.
