Craig-y-Don Community Centre has successfully been running a busy Community Centre since 2004. With a small team of paid staff the Centre, situated on Queens Road, has since its creation, been managed and staffed by local people, for local people and is a registered charity. It is a Community Centre in the true sense of the word. People of all ages, abilities and from all walks of life play an active role within the Centre. Their involvement promotes personal development, self-esteem and self-confidence.
Craig y Don Community Centre is proud of the fact that, whenever possible, it responds to the needs of the community and works in partnership with various outside agencies to meet these needs. The Centre’s “What’s On” page is evidence of this and clearly demonstrates the diversity of activities available
Access to learning, in a relaxed, non-threatening environment, is available to the local community with the provision of numerous Adult Education courses.
Craig-y-Don Community Centre is self-funding and a Charity 1053916. The Management Committee is responsible for the upkeep of the building and finding resources to pay members of staff e.g,
The Centre Manager and two part time Caretakers. Everybody else involved in the running of the Centre are volunteers.
Craig-y-Don Community Centre is a charitable organisation providing an array of activities for the local community and beyond.

Craig Y Don Community Centre are happy to announce that we are no longer required to restrict the number of persons we can fit into our rooms, as with the latest easing of restrictions(7/8/21), it was announced that we are no longer required to socially distance, however it is still very important to us that we strike the right balance between loosening up the restrictions, whilst also being mindful of our users and staff continued safety and well-being.
With that in mind, we wanted to reassure you that we will continue with our high standards of cleaning in all we do. We will continue to sanitise tables between use and whilst there are no longer any social distancing restrictions, we are still mindful of the need to ensure you feel comfortable. We will continue to make sure our rooms are adequately ventilated and our staff and users alike will carry on wearing face coverings and sanitising our hands.
Craig-y-Don Community Centre is proud to announce that it is now a drop off/collection point for Hope Restored Food Bank, Llandudno. Your food and toiletries donations are truly appreciated and can be dropped off here anytime during our opening hours.
